Symptomen
In een Exchange Server 2013-omgeving worden postvakken onverwacht in quarantaine geplaatst en wordt de database ontkoppeld. Of, als de server lid is van een database-beschikbaarheidsgroep, wordt er een failover uitgevoerd naar een andere lidserver. Daarnaast worden de volgende gebeurtenissen geschreven in het toepassingslogboek:

Oorzaak
Dit probleem treedt op als .NET Framework 4.6 op de server is geïnstalleerd. In een Exchange Server 2013-omgeving wordt deze versie van de .NET Framework niet ondersteund.
Oplossing
U kunt dit probleem oplossen door de update voor .NET Framework 4.6 van de server te verwijderen.
Bepalen of .NET Framework 4.6 is geïnstalleerd
Als u wilt bepalen of .NET Framework 4.6 op uw computer is geïnstalleerd, controleert u op het volgende:
- In Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 (SP2) of Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 wordt .NET Framework 4.6 als een product geïnstalleerd onder Programma's en onderdelen in Configuratiescherm.
- In Windows Server 2012 wordt Update voor Microsoft Windows (KB3045562) weergegeven onder Geïnstalleerde Updates in Configuratiescherm.
- In Windows Server 2012 R2 wordt Update voor Microsoft Windows (KB3045563) weergegeven onder Geïnstalleerde Updates in Configuratiescherm.
U kunt ook het volgende PowerShell-script gebruiken om te bepalen of .NET Framework 4.5, 4.5.1, 4.5.2 of 4.6 is geïnstalleerd:
