Introducing Dynamics 365 Customer Voice as the next product evolution from Microsoft Forms Pro. Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is an enterprise feedback management application, powering simple-yet-robust feedback capture, an integrated customer data platform, and built-in insights tools to enable timely follow-up actions to close the loop with your customers.

Dynamics 365 Customer Voice includes ready-to-use feedback solution templates that preconfigure survey questions, workflow, and reports including a customer feedback solution template based on customer experience (CX) best practices from Forrester Research.

Note

As of July 2020, Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is the new name of Microsoft Forms Pro.
