Business value

Customers can create super segments that combine engagement insights events from multiple channels, such as web events and audience insights profiles to answer business questions.

Feature details

This feature allows further refinement of engagement insights customer segments based on demographic information from audience insights, such as customer profile attributes or segment membership. As a result, those segments can be used to drive additional analysis for the next best action and personalization.
