Comentários

A Second propriedade não é afetada pelo valor da Offset propriedade.

Você também pode criar uma representação de cadeia de caracteres do segundo componente de um DateTimeOffset objeto chamando o ToString método com os especificadores de formato personalizado "s" ou "ss".
