Comentários

A codificação UTF-7 é usada principalmente em ambientes que historicamente foram restritos a 7 bits, como NNTP e alguns aplicativos de email. Devido a problemas de robustez e segurança, você não deve usar a codificação UTF-7 em ambientes de 8 bits em que a codificação UTF-8 pode ser usada em vez disso.
