Como: Implementar um provedor de Extender HelpLabel

An fornecedor do extensor é um componente que fornece propriedades para outros componentes.Por exemplo, a ToolTip controle é implementado sistema autônomo um provedor de extensor. Quando você adiciona um ToolTip o controle para um Form, todos os outros controles de Form ter um ToolTip propriedade adicionada à lista de propriedades.
