Specifies the type of comparison for references.

REF_COMPARE_EQUAL
Specifies an equal-to comparison.

REF_COMPARE_LESS_THAN
Specifies a less-than comparison.

REF_COMPARE_GREATER_THAN
Specifies a greater-than comparison.
