Invite users to install Kaizala through SMS

Important

Microsoft Kaizala has retired on August 31, 2023. We recommend using Microsoft Teams for continued connection, sharing, and collaboration.

Users are invited to install and register on Kaizala by SMS when an admin has added them to a group from the Kaizala management portal. Admins also have the ability to send a reminder SMS message to users who haven't registered on Kaizala by choosing the Remind Unregistered option in the Kaizala management portal.

This list is updated periodically as the feature expands to more regions.

Organization limits

Organizations can send up to 10,000 SMS messages. If the limit is exhausted, this feature doesn't send any more SMS messages when users are added to groups or reminded by admins.

Receiver limits

Recipients can receive up to three SMS messages per phone number. If a user has received three texts, this feature doesn't send more SMS messages to them when they're added to groups or reminded by admins.
