Свойство ConsoleCancelEventArgs.SpecialKey возвращает ConsoleSpecialKey тип перечисления.

Одновременное нажатие определенных сочетаний клавиш сигнализирует операционной системе о прерывании текущего запущенного процесса. Допустимые сочетания клавиш: ConsoleModifiers.Control плюс BREAK (CTRL+BREAK) и ConsoleModifiers.Control плюс ConsoleKey.C (CTRL+C).
