Комментарии

Свойство TimeOfDay не влияет на значение Offset свойства.

Свойство TimeOfDay возвращает компонент DateTimeOffset времени объекта в виде TimeSpan объекта. Это эквивалентно свойству DateTime.TimeOfDay .
