Значение, возвращаемое этим свойством, представляет последний обновленный размер памяти, используемой процессом (в байтах), который не может быть предоставлен другим процессам. Чтобы получить максимально актуальный размер, сначала необходимо вызвать Refresh() метод .

Это свойство можно использовать для мониторинга использования памяти на компьютерах с 32-разрядными или 64-разрядными процессорами. Значение свойства эквивалентно счетчику производительности Private Bytes для процесса.
