При получении этого свойства возвращается текущее значение .MinLines Задание этого свойства приводит к тому, что размер текстового поля изменяется, если количество видимых строк меньше значения, указанного в параметре MinLines.

Height Если свойство явно задано для TextBox, MaxLines значения свойств и MinLines игнорируются.
