Целью проверки попадания является определение того, находится ли курсор над определенным объектом, например значком или кнопкой.

Пример

В приведенном ниже примере создается область в форме плюса путем объединения двух прямоугольных областей. Предположим, что переменная point содержит расположение последнего щелчка. Код проверяет, находится ли point в области в форме плюса. Если точка находится в области (попадание), эта область заливается с помощью непрозрачной красной кисти. В противном случае область заливается с помощью полупрозрачной красной кисти.
