Vi ser att Lync-servern hittar Exchange-servern och umdialplanen men får ett TLS-fel när samtalet omdirigeras till den tredje samtalshanteraren som hämtar inställningen för automatisk dirigering.

Lösning

Så rekommendationen är:

  1. Ändra uppringningsplanen så att jokertecken används och ändra startläge för UM-tjänsten till att använda TLS
  2. Tilldela om certifikatet på servern för att ange FQDN som ämnesnamn, men det går inte att tilldela certifikatet på UM- och UM-anropsroutertjänsten. det går inte att ta bort det gamla certifikatet
  3. Inaktiverat startläget för att använda TCP 4) Ta nu bort det gamla certifikatet och tilldelat ett nytt certifikat för UM & UM callrouterservice
  4. Tilldela certifikatet med UM-tjänster
  5. Ändra startläge tillbaka till TLS
