FTP kullanarak bir web uygulamasına dosya yükleme

Bu örnek betik, App Service'de ilgili kaynaklarıyla birlikte bir web uygulaması oluşturur ve ftps kullanarak bir dosya dağıtır (System.Net.FtpWebRequest aracılığıyla).
