Aşağıdaki kod örneği, sütunlarına ve değerlerine bağlı olarak hücrelerin görüntülenme biçimini değiştiren olay için DataGridView.CellFormatting bir işleyicinin nasıl uygulandığını gösterir.

Sütundaki Balance negatif sayı içeren hücrelere kırmızı arka plan verilir. Bu hücreleri, negatif değerlerin etrafındaki parantezleri görüntülemek için para birimi olarak da biçimlendirebilirsiniz.
