Synchronize the database

Synchronize the table and index information to the database. The synchronization process creates all the tables that Microsoft Dynamics AX needs to operate. This is a mandatory step in the setup of the system.

This option is available from the initialization checklist and the upgrade checklist. It is also available from the SQL administration form (Click System administration > Periodic > Database > SQL administration. On the Table actions menu, click Synchronize database, or click Check/Synchronize.).

This step can take 10 minutes or more to be completed.
