AVIStreamGetFrameClose function (vfw.h)
The AVIStreamGetFrameClose function releases resources used to decompress video frames.

);
Parameters
pg
Handle returned from the AVIStreamGetFrameOpen function. After calling this function, the handle is invalid.
Return value
Returns zero if successful or an error otherwise.
