MAPI Login issue with outlook 2021

Hello,

We developed a windows service that can read email with MAPI.It works well when using outlook 2016 as the client,but when we upgraded the client to 2021, we found that it got stuck during login(C# code is:namespace.Logon(profileName,"",false,true)),the following are our test results:

1.Using outlook 2016:works well,whether it's an outlook account or a 365 account;

2.Using outlook 2021:works well with outlook account,but failed with 365 account;

3.Using office 365:works well with office 365 account.

We using the same environment and setting,So we curious if there are any special configurations for using MAPIs in Outlook 2021 with office 365?
