设置短信作为验证方法Set up text messaging as your verification method

可遵循以下步骤添加双重验证和密码重置方法。You can follow these steps to add your two-factor verification and password reset methods. 在首次设置此项后,可以返回到“安全信息”页以添加、更新或删除安全信息。After you've set this up the first time, you can return to the Security info page to add, update, or delete your security information.

根据组织的设置,可使用短信作为安全信息方法之一。Depending on your organization’s settings, you might be able to use text messaging as one of your security info methods. 短信选项是电话选项的一部分,因此,设置该选项的方式与设置电话号码的方式相同,但不同的是选择使用短信而不是让 Microsoft 呼叫你。The text message option is a part of the phone option, so you'll set everything up the same way you would for your phone number, but instead of having Microsoft call you, you'll choose to use a text message.

若要设置短信To set up text messages

  1. 登录到工作或学校帐户,然后转到 https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ 页。Sign in to your work or school account and then go to your https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ page.

如果不想再将短信用作安全信息方法,可从“安全信息”页将其删除。If you no longer want to use text messages as a security info method, you can remove it from the Security info page.

重要

如果错误地删除了短信,则无法将其撤消。If you delete text messaging by mistake, there's no way to undo it. 你必须按照本文设置文本信息部分中的步骤再次添加该方法。You'll have to add the method again, following the steps in the Set up text messages section of this article.

删除短信To delete text messaging

  1. 在“安全信息”页上,选择“电话”选项旁边的“删除”链接 。On the Security info page, select the Delete link next to the Phone option.
