只有 Azure 订阅帐户管理员可以取消 Azure 订阅。Only an Azure subscription Account Administrator can cancel an Azure subscription. Azure 订阅管理员还可以指定的订阅管理员的另一用户,以便它们可以取消订阅。An Azure subscription administrator can also assign another user as a subscription administrator so that they can cancel a subscription. 取消订阅后,将无法访问 Azure 服务和资源。After you cancel the subscription, your access to Azure services and resources ends.

在取消订阅之前,请执行以下操作:Before you cancel your subscription:

  • 备份数据。Back up your data. 例如,若要在 Azure 存储或 SQL 中存储数据,请下载一个副本。For example, if you're storing data in Azure storage or SQL, download a copy. 如果有虚拟机,请在本地保存该虚拟机的映像。If you have a virtual machine, save an image of it locally.
  • 关闭服务。Shut down your services. 转到管理门户中的资源页停止任何正在运行的虚拟机、应用程序或其他服务。Go to the resources page in the management portal, and Stop any running virtual machines, applications, or other services.
  • 考虑迁移数据。Consider migrating your data. 请参阅将资源移到新资源组或订阅中See Move resources to new resource group or subscription.
  • 必须删除所有资源和所有资源组。You must delete all resources and all resource groups. 可以取消订阅之前删除它们是必需的。Deleting them is required before you can cancel a subscription. 必须单独删除每个资源组。Each resource group must be deleted individually. 在删除资源组,必须通过键入资源组名称来确认删除。During resource group deletion, you must confirm deletion by typing the resource group name.

使用 Azure 门户取消订阅Cancel subscription using the Azure portal

  1. Azure 门户中的“订阅”页面中选择订阅。Select your subscription from the Subscriptions page in Azure portal.

  2. 选择要取消的订阅。Select the subscription that you want to cancel.

  3. 选择“概述”,然后选择“取消订阅” 。Select Overview, and then select Cancel subscription.

  4. 按照提示进行操作并完成取消。Follow prompts and finish cancellation.

取消订阅之后会发生什么情况?What happens after I cancel my subscription?

取消后,会立即停止计费。After you cancel, billing is stopped immediately. 但是,可能需要花费多达 10 分钟,取消才会显示在门户中。However, it can take up to 10 minutes for the cancellation to show in the portal. 如果在计费周期中途取消订阅,我们会在周期结束后于标准发票日期发送最终帐单。If you cancel in the middle of a billing period, we send the final bill on your typical invoice date after the period ends.

取消后,服务被禁用。After you cancel, your services are disabled. 那意味着虚拟机已解除分配,临时 IP 地址已释放,并且存储是只读的。That means your virtual machines are de-allocated, temporary IP addresses are freed, and storage is read-only.

重新激活订阅Reactivate subscription

如果意外取消了即用即付订阅,可在帐户中心重新激活订阅If you cancel your Pay-As-You-Go subscription accidentally, you can reactivate it in the Accounts Center.

如果你的订阅不是即用即付订阅,可在取消后的 90 天内联系支持人员来重新激活你的订阅。If your subscription is not Pay-As-You-Go, contact support within 90 days of cancellation to reactivate your subscription.
