取消订单Cancel an order

下达订单后,你可能会出于各种原因需要取消订单。You may need to cancel an order for various reasons after you have placed the order. 只能在订单处理之前取消订单。You can only cancel the order before the order is processed. 一旦订单已处理并且已准备好 Data Box 设备,就不能取消订单。Once the order is processed and Data Box device is prepared, it is not possible to cancel the order.

可以执行以下步骤来取消订单。Perform the following steps to cancel an order.

  1. 转到“概况”>“取消”。Go to Overview > Cancel.

克隆订单Clone an order

克隆操作在某些情况下很有用。Cloning is useful in certain situations. 例如,用户已使用 Data Box 传输了一些数据。For example, a user has used Data Box to transfer some data. 随着生成的数据越来越多,需要使用另一个 Data Box 设备将这些数据传输到 Azure。As more data is generated, there is a need for another Data Box device to transfer that data into Azure. 在这种情况下,只需克隆同一份订单即可。In this case, the same order can be just cloned over.

执行以下步骤来克隆订单。Perform the following steps to clone an order.

  1. 转到“概况”>“克隆”。Go to Overview > Clone.

下载发货标签Download shipping label

如果 Data Box 的电子墨水显示屏不工作并且没有返回发货标签,则你可能需要下载发货标签。You may need to download the shipping label if the E-ink display of your Data Box is not working and does not display the return shipping label. 由于 Data Box Heavy 上没有电子墨水显示屏,因此此工作流程不适用于 Data Box Heavy。There is no E-ink display on the Data Box Heavy and hence this workflow does not apply to Data Box Heavy.

下载订单历史记录Download order history

Data Box 订单完成以后,会擦除设备磁盘上的数据。Once the Data Box order is complete, the data on the device disks is erased. 当设备清理完成后,可以在 Azure 门户中下载订单历史记录。When the device cleanup is complete, you can download the order history in the Azure portal.
