恢复删除的存储帐户Recover a deleted storage account

在某些情况下,可以从 Azure 门户中恢复已删除的存储帐户。A deleted storage account may be recovered in some cases from within the Azure portal. 若要恢复存储帐户,必须满足以下条件:To recover a storage account, the following conditions must be true:

  • 存储帐户在过去14天内被删除。The storage account was deleted within the past 14 days.
  • 存储帐户是通过 Azure 资源管理器部署模型创建的。The storage account was created with the Azure Resource Manager deployment model.
  • 删除原始帐户后,尚未创建同名的新存储帐户。A new storage account with the same name has not been created since the original account was deleted.

尝试恢复已删除的存储帐户之前,请确保该帐户的资源组已存在。Before you attempt to recover a deleted storage account, make sure that the resource group for that account exists. 如果资源组已删除,则必须重新创建它。If the resource group was deleted, you must recreate it. 不能恢复资源组。Recovering a resource group is not possible. 有关的详细信息,请参阅 管理资源组For more information about , see Manage resource groups.

不能恢复已删除的存储帐户。Recovery of a deleted storage account is not guaranteed. 恢复是一项尽力尝试。Recovery is a best-effort attempt. 从 Azure 门户恢复已删除的帐户Recover a deleted account from the Azure portal

若要从其他存储帐户中恢复已删除的存储帐户,请执行以下步骤:To recover a deleted storage account from within another storage account, follow these steps:

  1. 在 Azure 门户中导航到现有存储帐户的 "概述" 页。Navigate to the overview page for an existing storage account in the Azure portal.

  2. 在 " 支持 + 故障排除 " 部分中,选择 " 恢复删除的帐户"。In the Support + troubleshooting section, select Recover deleted account.

  3. 从下拉列表中,选择要恢复的帐户,如下图所示。From the dropdown, select the account to recover, as shown in the following image. 如果要恢复的存储帐户不在下拉列表中,则无法对其进行恢复。If the storage account that you want to recover is not in the dropdown, then it cannot be recovered.

  4. 选择 " 恢复 " 按钮以还原帐户。Select the Recover button to restore the account. 门户将显示正在进行恢复的通知。The portal displays a notification that the recovery is in progress.

通过支持票证恢复已删除的帐户Recover a deleted account via a support ticket

  1. 在 Azure 门户中,导航到 " 帮助 + 支持"。In the Azure portal, navigate to Help + support.

  2. 选择“新建支持请求”。Select New support request.

  3. 在 " 基本 信息" 选项卡上的 " 问题类型 " 字段中,选择 " 技术"。On the Basics tab, in the Issue type field, select Technical.

  4. 在 " 订阅 " 字段中,选择包含已删除的存储帐户的订阅。In the Subscription field, select the subscription that contained the deleted storage account.

  5. 在 " 服务 " 字段中,选择 " 存储帐户管理"。In the Service field, select Storage Account Management.

  6. 在 " 资源 " 字段中,选择任何存储帐户资源。In the Resource field, select any storage account resource. 已删除的存储帐户将不会出现在列表中。The deleted storage account will not appear in the list.

  7. 添加问题的简短摘要。Add a brief summary of the issue.

  8. 在 " 问题类型 " 字段中,选择 " 删除和恢复"。In the Problem type field, select Deletion and Recovery.

  9. 在 " 问题子类型 " 字段中,选择 " 恢复已删除的存储帐户"。In the Problem subtype field, select Recover deleted storage account. 下图显示了要填写的 " 基本 信息" 选项卡的示例:The following image shows an example of the Basics tab being filled out:
