当你创建 CloudSimple 服务时,它将在 CloudSimple 上创建帐户。When you create your CloudSimple service, it creates an account on CloudSimple. 该帐户与服务所在的 Azure 订阅相关联。The account is associated with your Azure subscription where the service is located. 订阅中拥有所有者和参与者角色的所有用户都可以访问 CloudSimple 门户。All users with owner and contributor roles in the subscription have access to the CloudSimple portal. 在 "帐户" 页上可以找到与 CloudSimple 服务关联的 Azure 订阅 ID 和租户 ID。The Azure subscription ID and tenant ID associated with the CloudSimple service are found on the Accounts page.

若要在 CloudSimple 门户中管理帐户,请 访问门户 ,并在侧边菜单中选择 " 帐户 "。To manage accounts in the CloudSimple portal, access the portal and select Account on the side menu.

选择 " 摘要 " 以查看有关公司的 CloudSimple 配置的信息。Select Summary to view information about your company’s CloudSimple configuration. 显示云配置的当前容量,其中包括私有云的数量、总存储、vSphere 群集配置、节点数和计算核心数。The current capacity of your cloud configuration is shown, including number of Private Clouds, total storage, vSphere cluster configuration, number of nodes, and number of compute cores. 如果当前配置不满足你的所有需求,则包含一个链接以购买其他节点。A link is included to purchase additional nodes if the current configuration doesn't meet all of your needs.

电子邮件警报Email alerts

你可以添加你想要通知其对私有云配置的更改的任何用户的电子邮件地址。You can add email addresses of any people you would like to notify about changes to the Private Cloud configuration.

  1. 在 " 其他电子邮件警报 " 区域中,单击 " 新建"。In the Additional email alerts area, click Add new.
  2. 输入电子邮件地址。Enter the email address.
  3. 按 Return。Press Return.

若要删除条目,请单击 " X"。To remove an entry, click X.

CloudSimple 运算符访问CloudSimple operator access

操作员访问设置允许支持工程师登录到 CloudSimple 门户,从而帮助你进行故障排除。The operator access setting allows CloudSimple to help you with troubleshooting by permitting a support engineer to sign in to your CloudSimple portal. 默认情况下,此设置处于启用状态。The setting is enabled by default. 支持工程师在登录到你的客户帐户后执行的所有操作都将记录下来,可供你在 活动 > 审核 页上查看。All actions performed by the support engineer when logged in to your customer account are recorded and available for your review on the Activity > Audit page.

单击 " CloudSimple 操作员访问已启用 " 切换,打开或关闭访问权限。Click the CloudSimple operator access enabled toggle to turn access on or off.
