如果当前 RegionInfo 对象是使用 RegionInfo.RegionInfo(Int32) 采用区域性标识符参数的构造函数创建的，则 Name 属性值是在 ISO 3166 中为国家/地区定义的由两个字母组成的代码之一，格式为大写。 例如，美国的双字母代码为 "US"。
如果当前 RegionInfo 对象是使用 RegionInfo.RegionInfo(String) 构造函数创建的，并且传递的是完整的区域性名称（如 "en-us"），则 Name 属性值是中 .NET Framework 的完整区域性名称，并且只是 .net Core 和 .net 5 + 中的区域名称。
