Tlbimp.exe (类型库导入程序) 将此属性应用于方法。

导入类型库时，不应更改此属性。 仅当方法的 FUNCFLAGS 计算结果为非零时，才应用此方法。 该属性旨在供需要了解原始 FUNCFLAGS 设置方式的工具使用。 公共语言运行时不使用此属性。
