注意

如果加密的消息中没有任何内容，则不会对签名元素进行加密，即使当 MessageProtectionOrder 属性设置为 SignBeforeEncryptAndEncryptSignature 也是如此。 系统提供的绑定也会出现此行为。 但是，WCF 生成的 WSDL 仍包含断 <sp:EncryptSignature> 言。
