如果参数 ensureIsUpToDate 值设置为 true，则 BuildManager.GetCachedBuildDependencySet 方法重载的行为类似于 BuildManager.GetCachedBuildDependencySet 方法重载。 这两个重载都返回当前生成依赖项集（如果存在），否则返回 null。

但是， BuildManager.GetCachedBuildDependencySet 方法重载包括用于返回可用的任何生成依赖项集（甚至是过时的依赖项集）的选项。 如果参数 ensureIsUpToDate 值设置为 false，该方法将返回任何可用的生成依赖项集。
