XmlIncludeAttribute调用Serialize类或Deserialize方法XmlSerializer时使用。
应用时 XmlIncludeAttribute，请指定 Type 派生类。 XmlSerializer当序列化同时包含基类和派生类的对象时，它可以识别这两种对象类型。
