载入包含两个主要部分:Onboarding has two major components:

  • 核心载入 – 租户配置以及与 Azure Active Directory 集成所需的任务(如果需要)。Core onboarding - Tasks required for tenant configuration and integration with Azure Active Directory, if needed. 核心载入还为载入其他符合条件的 Microsoft Online 服务提供基准。Core onboarding also provides the baseline for onboarding other Microsoft Online eligible services.

  • 服务载入 - 配置 EMS 工作负荷的任何独立变体(Azure AD Premium 和 Intune)需完成的任务。Service onboarding - Tasks required to configure any of the standalone variants of the EMS workload (Azure AD Premium and Intune).

  • 购买符合条件的服务的许可证后,FastTrack 中心会尝试与你联系来提供载入协助。The FastTrack Center tries to contact you to offer onboarding assistance after you purchase licenses of an eligible service. 如果已准备好在组织中部署这些服务,还可以从 FastTrack 中心请求协助。You can also request assistance from the FastTrack Center if you're ready to deploy these services for your organization. 若要请求协助,请使用工作或学校帐户登录到 FastTrack 中心,转到仪表板,展开页面右下角的“需要帮助?”链接,然后按照提示完成请求。To request assistance, sign in to the FastTrack Center with your work or school account, go to the dashboard, expand the Need Help? link at the lower-right corner of the page, and then follow the prompts to complete your request. 启动载入支持之后,我们将为联机会议设置一个日程安排。Once onboarding support starts, we’ll set up a schedule of online meetings.

  • FastTrack 团队首先会提供核心功能(Microsoft Online Services 常见功能)方面的帮助,然后帮助你载入每个符合条件的服务的。The FastTrack team helps you first with core capabilities (common for all Microsoft Online Services) and then with onboarding each eligible service.

所有载入支持均由 FastTrack 指定人员远程提供:All onboarding support is provided remotely by assigned FastTrack personnel:

  • FastTrack 团队 结合使用各种工具、文档和指南远程协助你完成各项载入活动。The FastTrack team remotely assists you with various onboarding activities by using a combination of tools, documentation, and guidance.

  • FastTrack 中心针对指定区域在正常营业时间内提供载入支持。Onboarding support is provided by the FastTrack Center, and is available during normal business hours for a given region.

  • 提供繁体中文、简体中文(仅限资源为汉语)、英语、法语、德语、意大利语、日语、韩语、葡萄牙语(巴西)、西班牙语、泰语和越南语的载入支持。Onboarding support is available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese (resources speak Mandarin only), English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Thai, and Vietnamese.

  • FastTrack 团队可直接与你或你的代表进行合作。The FastTrack team can work directly with you or your representative.
