创建新的 importedWindowsAutopilotDeviceIdentity 对象。

委派（工作或学校帐户）	DeviceManagementServiceConfig.ReadWrite.All
委派（个人 Microsoft 帐户）	不支持。

在请求正文中，提供 importedWindowsAutopilotDeviceIdentity 对象的 JSON 表示形式。
