startDateTime	DateTimeOffset	强制重启的开始时间。
recurrence	windows10AppsUpdateRecurrence	定期计划。 可能的值是：none、daily、weekly、monthly。
runImmediatelyIfAfterStartDateTime	布尔值	如果为 true，则如果 StartDateTime 处于过去状态，则立即运行任务;否则，在下一次定期运行。
