不允许在 PSTN 呼叫上启用基于位置的路由用户与其他用户或 PSTN 号码开始会议。A Location-Based Routing enabled user on a PSTN call isn't allowed to start a conference with another user or PSTN number. 允许连接到自动助理或呼叫队列。Connecting to auto attendants or call queues is allowed. 如果用户拥有会议许可证,则用户必须启动与相关用户的会议并通过会议桥呼叫 PSTN 才能开始电话会议。If the user has a conferencing license, the user must start a conference with the relevant users and call the PSTN through the conference bridge to start a conference call.
