步骤 1-从现有系统中导出联系人Step 1 – Export contacts from your existing systems

  1. 转到 Kaizala 管理门户 并登录。Go to the Kaizala management portal and sign in.

  2. 选择 " 目录   >  添加用户",然后选择 " 导入用户"。Select Directory > Add Users, and then select Import Users.

  3. 在 " 导入用户"   页面上,下载 CSV 模板。On the Import Users page, download the CSV template.

  4. 按照模板添加用户 (员工、合作伙伴和客户) 从其他系统导出到 Kaizala。Follow the template to add your users (employees, partners, and customers) exported from other systems to Kaizala. 以 .csv 格式保存文件。Save the file in .csv format.

  5. 选择 " 选择文件",然后选择以前保存的文件。Choose Select a File, and then select the file you previously saved. 最后,选择 " 上传"。Finally, select Upload.
