安裝 Customer Service Community

Customer Service Community 應用程式可讓您的組織徵求客戶建議和眾包構想，以協助塑造他們所使用產品的未來。

附註

若要安裝 Customer Service Community，您必須有 Dynamics 365 組織，並請確定織租用戶至少有一個 Customer Service Enterprise 授權。

若要安裝 Dynamics 365 Customer Service Community：

1. 前往 Microsoft AppSource Dynamics 365 Customer Service Community 下載頁面。
2. 選取立即取得，然後使用 Dynamics 系統管理員帳戶登入。

   

3. 選取要安裝 Customer Service Community 的環境、接受條款，然後選取安裝。

佈建 Modern Community 網站

1. 確認先前的程序已成功安裝 Customer Service Community。
2. 移至 Power Pages，然後選取您安裝 Customer Service Community 所在的環境。
3. 移至範本索引標籤，然後選取 Dynamics 365 索引標籤。
4. 選取 Modern Community>選擇此範本。
5. 選取完成。 網站佈建通常需要幾分鐘的時間，然後就會在完成時，顯示於首頁下的使用中網站清單中。

建立 Modern Community 網站之後，您可以前往 https://<name>.powerappsportals.com/d365community 來檢視 Community 首頁。
