設定使用者權限Configure user permissions for personalization

If you have an audience set up already that contains just those users, you can use that. Otherwise, you need to create an audience in SharePointAll_1st_CurrentVer. See Create an audience for SharePoint 2013 for information about how to create an audience for SharePoint. You can also use PowerShell_1st_NoVer cmdlets to create an audience.

設定商務用 OneDrive 重新導向的對象To configure a OneDrive for Business redirection audience

  1. 在管理中心網站上,選擇 [Office 365]**** > [設定混合式 OneDrive 和網站功能]****。On the CentralAdmin_2nd website, choose Office 365 > Configure hybrid OneDrive and Sites features.

Because the link may be stored in the user’s browser cache, we recommend you wait 24 hours and then verify the links are working.

From the user's personal site, have the user choose OneDrive from the app launcher.

Note that rich clients might not recognize this short URL.

(選用) 自訂 Office 365 導覽體驗 (SharePoint Server 2013)(Optional) Customize the Office 365 navigation experience (SharePoint Server 2013)

By default, the navigation bar contains the following links: skydrive, Yammer or Newsfeed, and Sites. If you intend for your users to use only skydrive_pro, you can remove the other links. If you want to allow your users to interact with Yammer or the SharePoint Newsfeed features or to create team sites in Union_Lite_2nd, you can leave those links on the navigation bar.

For example, if you have skydrive_pro with Office Online, then you would only turn on the skydrive_pro link, and not the Sites or Newsfeed links. skydrive_pro with Office Online does not include the Sites and Newsfeed features and users would see Access Denied messages if they clicked the links. You can, however, still choose to turn on Yammer as your social network and then turn on the Yammer/Newsfeed navigation link.

自訂導覽列To customize the navigation bar

  1. 以租用戶管理員帳戶登入 Office 365。Log on to Union_Lite_2nd with a tenant administrator account.

  2. 在 [管理]**** 索引標籤上,選擇 [SharePoint]*On the *Admin tab, choose SharePoint.
