隔離儲存體例外狀況最常見的範例如下。

遺漏辨識項。隔離儲存區需要辨識項 (元件及其來源) 的相關資訊，才能判斷程式碼的身分識別，並將其連線到正確的相關聯檔案空間。如果沒有這項資訊，就無法使用隔離儲存區。
不正確作業。隔離儲存體不支援某些 FileStream 作業。
