本機快取中的 PeerApplicationCollection。 如果找不到 PeerEndPoint 的相關聯應用程式，就會傳回大小為零 (0) 的集合。

如果呼叫對等未訂閱 PeerContact 與指定 PeerEndPoint 之 相關聯的 ， RefreshData 則必須在呼叫這個方法之前呼叫方法。

雖然呼叫端不需要登入這個方法的共同作業基礎結構才能順利完成，但先前登入呼叫端時，必須完成呼叫或其中一個 Subscribe 方法的成功呼叫 RefreshData 。
