EnvelopedCms當類別用來加密數據時，這個集合的內容會在呼叫其中Encrypt一個方法時內嵌到擱置的訊息中。 加密作業之後的變更沒有任何作用。

這個屬性的值會在呼叫 Decode期間以不同的集合物件取代，然後代表附加至訊息的屬性，而不加密。
