備註

如果指定的 Uri 實例是 UNC 路徑， (例如 \\server\folder 、//server 或 file://server/folder) ，則 IsUnc 屬性 true 為 。 如果 URI 具有 file:// 配置並指定主機元件，這個屬性一律會傳回 true 。
