InsertItemTemplate使用 屬性，在控制項處於插入模式時 FormView ，為數據列定義您自己的使用者介面 (UI) 。 插入專案範本通常包含使用者輸入新記錄值的輸入控制項，以及用來插入記錄和取消插入作業的命令按鈕。
若要指定自訂範本，請先在控制項的 FormView 開頭和結束記號之間放置 <InsertItemTemplate> 標記。 然後，您可以在開頭和結尾 <InsertItemTemplate> 標記之間列出範本的內容。 藉由使用雙向系結運算式，您可以將欄位與輸入控制項產生關聯。 插入記錄時， FormView 控制項會自動從相關聯的輸入控制項擷取域值。 如需雙向系結運算式的詳細資訊，請參閱 系結至資料庫。 若要建立執行內建取消和插入作業的命令按鈕，請將命令按鈕控制項新增至範本，並將其 CommandName 屬性設定為下表所列的其中一個值。
