您可以指定來電者可連絡到整合通訊 (UM) 自動語音應答呼叫時的使用者群組。根據預設,來電者可以連絡有關聯的 UM 自動語音應答同一個撥號對應表計劃中的使用者。不過,您可以變更使用者可允許將來電轉接或語音訊息傳送給使用者的來電者所在的組織通訊錄中或一組特定的使用者的群組。You can specify the group of users that callers can contact when calling into a Unified Messaging (UM) auto attendant. By default, callers can contact users within the same dial plan that's associated with the UM auto attendant. However, you can change the grouping of users to allow callers to transfer calls or send voice messages to users who are located in the organization's address book or to a specific set of users.
