They can interact with their mailbox using their telephone keypad or voice commands, but must use the keypad on their telephone to search for a user in the directory for your organization.

The user can find an Outlook Voice Access number to access their mailbox in the welcome message that's sent to them when they're enabled for UM or by signing in to their mailbox using Outlook Web App, going to Options > Telephone, and locating the Outlook Voice Access number or numbers in the Outlook Voice Access section.

回覆電子郵件Reply to email messages

若要使用語音來聆聽電子郵件並隱藏對話,讓語音郵件系統不繼續唸出相同電子郵件對話中的其他電子郵件,使用者必須執行下列動作:To listen to email messages and hide a conversation so that the voice mail system will not continue to read other email messages that are in the same email conversation using their voice, users must do the following:

  1. 說「電子郵件」。Say "Email."

注意

當交談隱藏的時則會隱藏僅針對目前工作階段。使用者若登出,然後再重新登入至其信箱、 語音郵件系統將會讀取相同交談中的電子郵件。When a conversation is hidden, it is hidden only for the current session. If users sign out and then sign in to their mailbox again, the voice mail system will read email messages that are in the same conversation.

管理行事曆會議與約會Managing calendar meetings and appointments

使用者可以透過電話聆聽、回覆、建立及轉寄其行事曆中的會議邀請和約會。Users can listen to, reply to, create, and forward meeting requests and appointments in their calendar over the telephone.

After the voice mail system reads the meeting request for the 10:00 A.M. meeting, the user can use the I'll be late feature to inform all the meeting attendees that the user will be 15 minutes late. Each attendee will receive an email message that informs them that the user will be 15 minutes late. The user also has the option to attach a voice mail message.

回覆會議邀請

管理個人選項與連絡人Managing personal options and contacts

若要使用電話按鍵來錄製個人問候語,使用者必須撥打 Outlook 語音存取號碼、輸入他們的分機號碼及 PIN 碼,然後執行下列動作:To record a personal greeting using the telephone keypad, users must dial an Outlook Voice Access number, enter their extension number and PIN, and then do the following:

  1. 按 6 存取個人選項。Press 6 to access personal options.

  2. 按 2 錄製問候語。Press 2 to record greetings.

  3. 按 1 到記錄的個人問候語。如果使用者需要重新錄製的個人問候語,按 2。Press 1 to record a personal greeting. Press 2 if they need to re-record the personal greeting.

注意

當使用者變更其電話問候語時,也可以選擇要開啟或關閉其電子郵件的自動回覆訊息。When users change their telephone greeting, they are also given the option to turn on or off their email automatic reply message.

傳送語音訊息給某位使用者Send a voice message to a user

若要使用語音來傳送語音訊息給其他啟用 UM 功能的使用者,使用者必須執行下列動作:To locate and send a voice message to another UM-enabled user using their voice, users must do the following:

  1. 說「目錄」。Say "Directory."

  2. 說要尋找的人員姓名。Say the name of the person to locate.

  3. 從清單中選取正確的人員。Select the correct person from the list.

  4. 說「傳送訊息」,然後錄製語音訊息。Say "Send a message," and then record the voice message.

  5. 說「寄送」,寄送訊息。Say "Send it" to send the message.

傳送語音訊息給某個使用者

若要使用電話按鍵來傳送語音訊息給其他啟用 UM 功能的使用者,使用者必須執行下列動作:To locate and send a voice message to another UM-enabled user using the telephone keypad, users must do the following:

  2. 按 00 在目錄中尋找人員。Press 00 to locate the person in the directory.

  4. 從清單中選取正確的人員。Select the correct person from the list.

  5. 按 3 傳送語音訊息給該人員。Press 3 to send a voice message to the person.

若要使用語音來變更 PIN 碼,使用者必須執行下列動作:To change their PIN using their voice, users must do the following:
