  • 若要讓管理員能夠修改 TeamViewer 連接器設定,請授與更新遠端協助權限。To let the admin modify the TeamViewer connector settings, grant the Update Remote Assistance permission.
  • 若要讓系統管理員能夠起始新的遠端協助要求,請授與要求遠端協助權限。To let the admin initiate a new remote assistance request, grant the Request Remote Assistance permission. 具有要求遠端協助權限的使用者可以要求起始任何使用者的工作階段,Users with the Request Remote Assistance permission can request to initiate a session for any user. 而不會受到任何 Intune 角色指派範圍所限制。They are not limited by any Intune role assignment scope.   1. 登入 Azure 入口網站。Sign into the Azure portal.
  2. 選擇 [更多服務] > [監視 + 管理] > [Intune]。Choose More Services > Monitoring + Management > Intune.
  3. 在 [Intune] 刀鋒視窗中,選擇 [裝置]。On the Intune blade, choose Devices.
  4. 在 [裝置和群組] 刀鋒視窗中,選擇 [設定] > [TeamViewer 連接器]。On the Devices and groups blade, choose Setup > TeamViewer Connector.
  5. 在 [TeamViewer 連接器] 刀鋒視窗中,按一下 [啟用],然後檢視並接受 TeamViewer 服務授權合約。On the TeamViewer Connector blade, click Enable, then view and accept the TeamViewer service license agreement.

  1. 登入 Azure 入口網站。Sign into the Azure portal.
  2. 選擇 [更多服務] > [監視 + 管理] > [Intune]。Choose More Services > Monitoring + Management > Intune.
  3. 在 [Intune] 刀鋒視窗中,選擇 [裝置]。On the Intune blade, choose Devices.
  4. 在 [裝置] 刀鋒視窗中,選擇 [管理] > [所有裝置]。On the Devices blade, choose Manage > All devices.

終端使用者通知End-user notifications

終端使用者會在其裝置的公司入口網站應用程式圖示上看到通知旗標,也會在其開啟應用程式時看到通知。An end user sees a notification flag on the Company Portal app icon on their device, and also see a notification when they open the app. 接著,他們就能接受遠端協助要求。They can then accept the remote assistance request.
