若正在使用主權雲端環境,將無法使用公司入口網站中的傳送記錄檔功能。If you are using a Sovereign cloud environment, the send logs functionality in the Company Portal will not be available to you. 您必須透過電子郵件來傳送記錄檔。You must send logs via email.

  1. 在公司入口網站應用程式中,有兩種起始電子郵件支援的方式。In the Company Portal app, there are two ways to initiate email support.
