若要提出資料相關問題,請開啟 Power BI 的儀表板,畫面頂端會顯示輸入方塊,您可在其中詢問顯示資料的相關問題。To ask a question of your data, open a dashboard in Power BI and the top of the screen you'll see an input box, where you can ask questions about the displayed data. 這項功能有時稱為 問題與解答 ,但通常就直接稱為 問與答This feature is sometimes referred to as Questions & Answers, or more often, this feature is just referred to as Q&A.

建立自訂的問與答建議Create custom Q&A suggestions

使用 Power BI 時,您可新增自己的建議問題,以供使用儀表板自然語言查詢方塊 (通常是指問與答方塊) 的其他使用者參考。With Power BI, you can add your own suggested questions for other users who use the natural language query box for a dashboard, frequently referred to as the Q&A box. 當使用者按一下儀表板頂端的輸入方塊時,即會顯示這些建議的問題。These suggested questions are what users will see when they click on the input box at the top of a dashboard.

若要新增自己的問題,請選取您想要使用之儀表板名稱旁的省略符號 (三個點...),然後選取功能表的 [設定]。To add your own questions, select the ellipses (the three dots ...) next to the name of the dashboard you want to use, and select Settings from the menu.

全螢幕顯示視覺效果和磚Display visuals and tiles full-screen

當您查看 Power BI 儀表板或服務中的報表時,有時可能需要將重點放在個別的圖表或視覺效果上。When you're looking at Power BI dashboards or reports in the service, it can sometimes be helpful to focus on an individual chart or visualization. 您可以使用兩種不同的方式,來進行這項作業。You can do that in two different ways.

若您是使用儀表板,可將滑鼠停留在磚上方,即會在右上角看到幾個不同的圖示選項。When you're on a dashboard, hover over a tile to see a few different icon options in the top right-hand corner. 當您選取省略符號 (三個點) 時,即會看到圖示集合,這些圖示代表您可在磚上採取哪些動作。When you select the ellipses (the three dots) you see a collection of icons that represent actions you can take on the tile.

建置儀表板之後,您就可以在 Power BI 服務中編輯儀表板的 ,以進行幾個格式化變更。Once you've built a dashboard, you can edit its *Tiles in the Power BI service to make a few formatting changes.

當您選取 [儀表板] 右上角的 [新增 Widget] 連結時,即會開啟 [新增 Widget] 對話方塊。When you select the Add Widget link in the upper-right corner of a Dashboard, the Add a widget dialog appears.

因此,只要搭配使用 Widget 和編輯磚詳細資料的功能,您即可自訂儀表板,使其外觀完全符合您的需求。With widgets and the ability to edit tile details, you can customize your dashboard and make it look just how you want it to be.

善用儀表板的空間Get more space on your dashboard

有時候,在建立儀表板時,您可能會發現您的內容超過畫布的容納量。You may find that occasionally when you create your dashboards, you have more content than what can fit on your canvas. 下列幾個解決方案有助您管理儀表板空間的顯示方式,以取得儀表板內容的完整檢視。There are a few solutions that help you manage how your dashboard space is displayed, so you can get a full view of your dashboard content.

若要在一個畫面中顯示完整的儀表板,最簡單的方式是選取儀表板右上角的 [全螢幕模式] 按鈕。The easiest method to display your entire dashboard in one screen is selecting the Full Screen Mode button in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard.

選取 [全螢幕模式] 按鈕時,瀏覽器會進入全螢幕模式,同時移除儀表板周圍的所有組件區塊項目,藉此增加可檢視的空間量。Selecting the Full Screen Mode button puts your browser into full screen mode, removing all chrome elements from around the dashboard, and thereby increasing the amount of viewable space.

執行 Power BI Personal Gateway 的電腦「必須」開機並連線到網際網路,Personal Gateway 才能正常運作。The computer that is running the Power BI personal gateway must be on and connected to the Internet for personal gateway to work properly.

若要設定您的 Personal Gateway,請先登入 Power BI 服務。To set up your personal gateway, first login to the Power BI service. 選取畫面右上角的下載圖示,然後從功能表選取 [資料閘道]。Select the Download icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and then select Data Gateways from the menu.

接著,您會前往一個網頁,請選取其中的 [Power BI Gateway - Personal],如下所示。From there you'll be taken to a web page where you can select the Power BI Gateway - Personal, as shown below.

完成下載之後,請執行應用程式,並完成安裝精靈。Run the application once it finishes downloading, and complete the installation wizard.

系統會提示您,啟動組態精靈來設定您的閘道。You'll then be prompted to launch the configuration wizard to set up your gateway.

返回 Power BI 服務。Return to the Power BI service. 選取您想要重新整理之資料集旁的省略符號 (三個點) 功能表,然後選取 [排程更新]。Select the ellipsis (three dots) menu next to the dataset you want to refresh, and then select Schedule Refresh. 這會開啟 [重新整理設定] 頁面。This opens the Refresh Settings page. Power BI 會偵測到您已安裝 Personal Gateway,並讓您知道其狀態。Power BI detects that you've installed a personal gateway, and lets you know its status.

這樣就大功告成了!And that's it. 排程時間到達時,Power BI 會使用您提供的認證與執行 Personal Gateway 的電腦連線,以連接這些資料來源,再根據您的排程更新報表和資料集。On the scheduled times, Power BI will go out to those data sources, using the credentials you provided and the connection to the computer that has your personal gateway running, and update the reports and datasets according to your schedule. 下次您前往 Power BI 時,最近重新整理排程的資料即會反映在這些儀表板、報表和資料集中。The next time you go to Power BI, those dashboards, reports, and datasets will reflect data as of the most recent scheduled refresh.
