Power BI Desktop 中製作完成報表之後,只要選取 Power BI Desktop 中 [常用] 索引標籤的 [發佈] 按鈕,即會開始程序。Once you've completed authoring your report in Power BI Desktop, just select the Publish button on the Home tab in Power BI Desktop, and the process begins.

Power BI Desktop 報表通常是指 .pbix 檔案,這是在 Windows 中指定的副檔名。It's common to refer to Power BI Desktop reports as .pbix files, which is the extension they're given in Windows.

列印和匯出儀表板與報表Print and export dashboards and reports

有時候,您可能想將列印的報表或儀表板帶去開會,以便與其他人共用。Sometimes you may want to bring a printed report or dashboard to a meeting, or so you can share it with others. 透過 Power BI,您就可以在這幾天將視覺效果列印出來。With Power BI, there are a few days you can make printouts of your visuals.

在 Power BI 服務中,選取服務右上角的省略符號 (三個點),然後選取 [列印儀表板]。In the Power BI service, select the ellipses (three dots) in the top-right side of the service, and select Print dashboard.

[列印] 對話方塊隨即出現,您可在其中選取要將儀表板傳送至哪部印表機,以及 [直式] 或 [橫式] 方向等標準列印選項。A Print dialog appears, where you can select the printer to which you want to send the dashboard, as well as standard print options such as portrait or landscape orientation.

手動重新發佈和重新整理資料Manually republish and refresh your data

您可以更新已從 Power BI 發佈至 Desktop Power BI 服務的報表和資料集。You can update reports and datasets that you've already published from Power BI Desktop to the Power BI service. 若要執行這項操作,請選取功能區中 [常用] 索引標籤的 [發佈]。To do so, select Publish from the Home tab in the ribbon.

如果您發佈的報表已存在於 Power BI 服務中,系統會提示您確認是否要以剛選擇更新的已編輯版本,來取代先前的資料集和報表。When you publish a report that already exists in the Power BI service, you're prompted to confirm that you want to replace the previous dataset and reports with the edited version you just chose to update.

若您選取 [取代],系統會將 Power BI 服務中的資料集和報表覆寫為 Power BI Desktop 的最新版本資料集和報表檔案。When you select Replace, the datasets and reports in the Power BI service are overwritten with the datasets and reports in the most recent Power BI Desktop version of the file.

Power BI Mobile 簡介Introducing Power BI Mobile

整合商務用 OneDrive 與 Power BIIntegrate OneDrive for Business with Power BI

您可透過將商務用 OneDrive 用作 Power BI 內容的來源,以便存取許多實用的工具,例如版本歷程記錄。Using OneDrive for Business as a source for your Power BI content gives you access to a number of helpful tools, such as version history. 您也可以從商務用 OneDrive 中與 Office365 群組共用您的檔案,讓多人同時存取及處理相同的 Power BI 或 Excel 檔案。You can also share your files with an Office365 group from within OneDrive for Business to give access and allow many people to work on the same Power BI or Excel files.

在 Power BI 中,選取您想要分享的報表,讓它顯示在畫布上。In Power BI, select the report you want to share, so it's displayed on the canvas. 然後從功能表,選取 [檔案] > [發佈至網路]。Then from the menu, select File > Publish to web.

您也可以將該 IFrame 連結嵌入部落格文章或網站,或是 Sway。You can also embed that iframe link into a blog post or website, or into Sway, too.

要刪除您建立的內嵌程式碼嗎?Want to delete an embed code you created? 沒問題。No problem. 在 Power BI 中,選取右上角的齒輪圖示,然後選取 [管理內嵌程式碼]。In Power BI, select the gear icon in the upper right corner, then select Manage embed codes.
