如果您使用 Xero Power BI 內容套件,內容套件每日更新可能會因為最近的 Power BI 服務事件而發生問題。If you use the Xero Power BI content pack, you may have experienced some problems with the content pack’s daily refresh due to a recent Power BI service incident.

您可以檢查 Xero 資料集上次的重新整理狀態,如以下螢幕擷取畫面所示,查看內容套件是否成功重新整理。You can see if your content pack refreshed successfully by checking the last refresh status for your Xero dataset as shown in the screenshot below.

如果看到如上所示的重新整理失敗,請依照下列步驟更新內容套件認證。If you do see that refresh failed as shown above, please follow these steps to renew your content pack credentials.

  1. 按一下 Xero 資料集旁邊的省略符號 (...),再按一下 [排程更新]。Click the ellipsis (...) next to your Xero dataset, then click Schedule refresh. 這會開啟 Xero 內容套件的設定頁面。This opens the settings page for the Xero content pack.

  2. 在 [Settings for Xero] (Xero 設定) 頁面上,選取 [資料來源認證] > [編輯認證]。In the Settings for Xero page, select Data source credentials > Edit credentials.

  3. 輸入貴組織名稱 > [下一步]。Enter your organization’s name > Next.

  4. 使用您的 Xero 帳戶登入。Sign in with your Xero account.

  5. 更新認證後,讓我們來確定重新整理排程設定為每日執行。Now that your credentials are updated, let’s make sure the refresh schedule is set to run daily. 檢查方法是按一下 Xero 資料集旁邊的省略符號 (...),再按一下 [排程更新]。Check that by clicking the ellipsis (...) next to your Xero dataset, then clicking Schedule refresh again.

  6. 您也可以選擇立即重新整理資料集。You can also choose to refresh the dataset immediately. 按一下 Xero 資料集旁邊的省略符號 (...),再按一下 [立即重新整理]。Click the ellipsis (...) next to your Xero dataset, then click Refresh now.
