Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表擴充功能是資料處理延伸模組，會安裝於 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 伺服器。Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表擴充功能 會接收來自 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Server 的驗證資訊，並將它傳送至 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 伺服器。

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 報表擴充功能安裝程式包括兩個資料處理延伸模組：Fetch 資料處理延伸模組與 SQL 資料處理延伸模組。 根據預設，Microsoft Dynamics CRM 報表擴充功能安裝程式期間會安裝這些擴充功能：

• 建立、執行和排程 Fetch 報表需要 Fetch 資料處理延伸模組。

• 在 Microsoft Dynamics 365 中建立、執行和排程預設 (內建) 或 SQL 自訂報表時需要 SQL 資料處理延伸模組。

您不需要 Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表擴充功能即可執行 Microsoft Dynamics 365。 不過，若要在 Microsoft Dynamics 365 中建立、使用或排程報表，您必須安裝 Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表擴充功能。 此外，如果您想要建立組織或匯入組織 (例如，當您使用部署管理員，從舊版 Microsoft Dynamics 365 進行移轉時)，就必須安裝這些擴充功能。

Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 是 Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表功能的必要項目。

您可以將下列 Microsoft SQL Server 版本使用於 Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表功能，但必須安裝在執行且適用於 Microsoft Dynamics 365 的 Windows Server 2012 (x64 RTM 或 R2) 64 位元電腦：

• *Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Enterprise，含累積更新 2 (CU2)

• *Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Standard，含累積更新 2 (CU2)

• *Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Developer，含累積更新 2 (CU2) (僅供非生產使用)

• SQL Server 2014 Enterprise 64 位元

• SQL Server 2014 Business Intelligence 64 位元

• SQL Server 2014 Standard 64 位元

• SQL Server 2014 Developer 64 位元 (僅供非生產用途)

• Microsoft SQL Server 2012, Enterprise, 64 位元的 SP1

• Microsoft SQL Server 2012, Business Intelligence, 64 位元 SP1

• Microsoft SQL Server 2012, Standard, 64 位元 SP1

• Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Developer 64 位元 SP1 (僅供非生產使用)

重要

• 不支援 Microsoft SQL Server 2008 版本與此版本的 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Server 搭配使用。

Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表擴充功能需求

Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表擴充功能元件有下列需求：

• 您必須先完成 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 安裝程式，才能執行 Microsoft Dynamics CRM 報表擴充功能安裝程式。

• 您只能在電腦的一個 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 執行個體上安裝並執行 Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表擴充功能。

• 執行 Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表擴充功能 執行 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 執行個體的身分識別帳戶不可以是本機系統或虛擬帳戶。 由於身分識別帳戶必須新增至 Microsoft Dynamics 365 所使用的 PrivReportingGroup Active Directory 安全性群組，因此必須這樣才能讓 Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表運作。

• 個別的 Microsoft Dynamics 365 部署不能共用一台 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 伺服器。 不過，具有多個組織的單一 Microsoft Dynamics 365 部署，可以使用相同的 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 伺服器。

• 對於較小的資料集和較少的使用者，您可以使用單一伺服器部署或多台伺服器部署。 若資料集較大或使用者數目較多，則執行複雜的報表時效能會急速下降。 請使用多台伺服器部署，一台電腦執行 SQL Server 供 Microsoft Dynamics 365 使用，而另一台伺服器供 Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 使用。

報表製作擴充功能需求

必須使用 Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表製作擴充功能 來製作搭配 Microsoft Dynamics 365 使用的 Fetch 報表，使用 SQL Server 資料工具。

您必須在具有下列軟體的 PC 上安裝 Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表製作擴充功能。

• Microsoft Visual Studio 2015、Microsoft Visual Studio 2013、Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 或 Microsoft Visual Studio 2010。

  注意

  與 Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 和 Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 的相容性需要 報表製作擴充功能 的 2017 年 5 月更新。立即從 Microsoft 下載中心取得。

• SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) 會隨 Microsoft Visual Studio 一併安裝。

  • 若是 Microsoft Visual Studio 2015：SQL Server 資料工具 已納入。

  • 若是 Microsoft Microsoft Visual Studio 2013︰您必須下載並安裝 下載︰Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools - Business Intelligence for Visual Studio 2013。

  • 對於 Microsoft Visual Studio 2012：下載並安裝 Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools - Visual Studio 2012 商業智慧。

  • 對於 Microsoft Visual Studio 2010：在執行 Visual Studio 2010 的電腦上選取並安裝隨附於 Microsoft SQL Server 2012 或 Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express 的 SQL Server 資料工具 (SSDT) 功能。下載：Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express

• 如果您的組織使用 Microsoft Office 365，請確認安裝 Microsoft Dynamics 365 報表製作擴充功能 的電腦同時也有安裝 Microsoft Online Services 登入小幫手。 如果已安裝 Microsoft Online Services 登入小幫手，請檢查登錄機碼 SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSOIdentityCRL，並確認 MSOIdentityCRL 中的 TargetDir 登錄機碼包含 msoidcli.dll。
