下列為 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 的作業系統和伺服器軟體需求：

• Windows Server 2008 Standard 或 Enterprise
• Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 Edition 或 Enterprise x64 Edition 含 Service Pack 2
• Windows Server 2003 Standard 或 Enterprise x64 Edition 含 Service Pack 2
• 由 Microsoft SQL Server 2008 或 Microsoft SQL Server 2005 含 SP2 支援的後端資料庫

負載平衡器

Office Communications Server 2007 R2 和 Office Communications Server 2007 無法在單一集區或 Edge Server 陣列中並存。但是，您可以將 Office Communications Server 2007 集區和 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 集區連線到相同的負載平衡器。例如，如果您將 Office Communications Server 2007 Director 的陣列連接到負載平衡器，您也可以同時將 Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Director 陣列連接到相同的負載平衡器。

不支援使用軟體負載平衡器 (例如 Windows Server 網路負載平衡)。
